Dinko Jukić

Dinko Jukić (born January 9, 1989 in Dubrovnik) is a retired male medley and butterfly swimmer from Austria of Croatian origin. He competed for Austria at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, finishing in tenth place in the men's 200 m butterfly event. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London he managed a 4th-place finish in the men's 200 m butterfly event. Despite setting a new National Record of 1:54.35 in the final he missed the Bronze medal by more than a second. He is the younger brother of swimmer Mirna Jukić. On September 21st, 2012 Dinko announced his retirement from competitive swimming after he was convicted of a ten-month suspension from the sport.
